The design brand was founded in 2013 by architects Eliška and Šimon, driven by a desire to create a backpack that combines functionality, durability, and timeless minimalist design. Braasi helped pioneer the popularity of urban rolltop backpacks, and what started as a small project gradually grew into a successful brand that now exports more than half of its production abroad. The company is based in a former factory, where the entire production process, from manufacturing to final packaging, takes place under one roof. It primarily uses European materials and places a strong emphasis on quality craftsmanship, local production, and the long lifespan of its products. In addition to backpacks, it also offers clothing and cycling accessories. Braasi is an example of a successful combination of inspiring entrepreneurship, high-quality design, and a sustainable approach.
