This residential house with a garden was built in the first quarter of the 20th century. In 2006, the Memorial of National Literature acquired this property, known as the Small Villa, and in 2011 the department responsible for collection presentation moved here. This department organizes the institution’s exhibitions, accompanying programs, and promotion. The ground floor is used for hosting occasional intimate exhibitions on current topics and lectures. The public can also enjoy the adjacent garden, which connects the building with the Museum of Literature in the Petschek Villa. The Small Villa also houses a public exhibition of Ladislav Mňačko’s study.
