Kabelovna Studios

Dělnická 27

Kabelovna Studios is located in the industrial hall of a former factory producing electrical cables and braiding, whose history dates back to 1908. The sensitive renovation by B2 Architecture preserved the building’s authentic character while transforming it into modern recording and multifunctional studios. Original industrial features blend naturally with contemporary architecture and the building’s new purpose. The project was nominated for the Czech Architecture Award 2023. Kabelovna Studios provides services in music composition, sound design and production, as well as audio post-production. The hall also houses the studio of Czech-American painter Maxim Havlíček and, since 2025, the United Spaces design furniture showroom. Together, they create a vibrant and inspiring creative environment.
