Studio mar.s architects – Kabelovna

The studio, located in a former cable factory, believes in the power of high-quality design to positively influence the lives of individuals and communities. It embraces an open approach, assembling teams according to the specific needs of each project. In its Holešovice studio, it has carefully combined the industrial character of the original space with contemporary design. Exposed brickwork, a reinforced-concrete ceiling, and large French windows preserve the authentic atmosphere of the former factory building while connecting the interior with the garden. New elements create a pleasant working environment, which the studio describes as a “cute industrial look.” Another distinctive feature is the neon logo on the brick wall, reinforcing the studio’s unique identity.
