The former factory producing Prague ham, dating back to 1897 and now known as Ham Factory, has undergone a sensitive renovation, transforming it into a vibrant multifunctional complex that combines history with contemporary creativity. The industrial spaces now serve as a home to studios, offices, residential units, and cultural activities. Among its residents is Silencio, one of the leading Czech production studios. Its team of experienced producers, directors, and creatives provides comprehensive project development and production services for film, television, advertising, and digital media – from concept development to final delivery. In addition to production services, the studio is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, its own recording studio, and post-production facilities.
